INTRODUCTION
The male breast
The cause is usually an enlargement of the mammary glands, which gives the male breast a feminine appearance and remains largely unaffected by exercise. The only remedy is a comparatively small operation to adjust the breasts to the body's proportions.
Minimally invasive surgery
With a duration of 1 - 2 hours and only small surgical incisions, this procedure can be performed on an outpatient basis.

Everything you need to know about the male breast
A female-looking breast shape in men is experienced as very unpleasant. The feminine aspect can be caused either by an enlargement of the mammary glands, called gynaecomastia, or by an increase in the fatty tissue of the breast, called pseudogynaecomastia. Mixed forms are very common. Causes can be fat distribution disorders and hormone imbalances, e.g. during puberty or due to medication.
Gynaecomastia with a visible and palpable glandular body cannot be treated without surgical therapy. Drug therapies and exercise have little, if any, effect. Under certain circumstances, pseudogynaecomastia can be positively influenced by exercise and weight reduction.
In gynaecomastia, a crescent-shaped incision – which is barely visible after the operation – is made on the lower edge of the nipple. Through the incision, the excess glandular material is removed. To achieve a smooth contour afterwards, the removal is combined with liposuction. Only in very mild cases is it advisable not to do this.
In pseudogynaecomastia, only small incisions (approx. 2 mm) are made on both sides for the suction tubes used to remove the unwanted excess fat tissue. In very pronounced cases, where excess skin has developed, the mentioned techniques can be combined with skin tightening, for example around the nipple.
The result is a masculine chest contour that is well-integrated in the overall body proportion, thus creating a harmonious appearance.
I will be happy to explain all the details in a personal consultation.
